So I figure after two weeks of waking up and getting the hang of it, I can start adding some sort of exercise routine. I came across an article of a new yoga app that was featured on Good Morning America so, another step to build myself to be morning person extraordinaire. I did yoga this morning – the relieve stress workout. I already feel less stressed.

For those of you interested its Yoga with Deepak Chopra and it only cost me £0.59 – which is way cheaper than going to a class. It has instructional videos and lots of different sequences to choose from.

I know this sounds like a promo – well, it pretty much is a promo. But I like it, so I’m going to talk about it.
