but for some reason I can’t focus today. Maybe thats because I’ve been hitting the library hard for the past few weeks. Or maybe its because MY PARENTS ARRIVED IN THE UK TODAY! They’re in London, and I’m in Scotland, but its hard to focus when I know Matt is playing with them and taking them to a few places. The start of vacations are always exciting, all the new sites, sound and food, and I’m here stuck in the library.
I do really like what I’m researching, but I’ve been here for about 3 hours and have barely typed an intro to Chapter 1. Should I keep pushing through, or just give up? My parents get here Friday!

As hard as it is, if you do get most of it done before Friday, you won't have to worry about it later, ya know? You can do it! Take breaks, walks, get water, clear your head as needed. It will be awesome...because it's by you!

    Work NOW so you can play, play, play when you see your parents Friday. Your folks are beside themselves with excitement at getting to spend time with you and Matt. I would be too! I have Madeline this week which is probably why Liz is not able to work - I know she misses her.     Good luck Robin! I am having a hard time doing work this week for no reason at all. I am so excited you get to see your parents this week. It is fun to read all of your families facebook updates where you are ALL so excited to see each other. It's really sweet. Love you, and good luck with your paper. Also, I vote do your paper now, but if it were actually me, i probably wouldn't be able to do it either.
